Free redistribution
The original licence allows MMSSTV to be freely copied and redistributed provided no charge is made for the program itself.
No warranty
MMSSTV was released without support or warranty. The original licence disclaims responsibility for damage resulting from use of the program.
MMSSTV Engine
The licence also describes how software developers may use the MMSSTV engine. Freeware and public-domain programs could include MMSSTV under the stated conditions, while commercial programs were not permitted to include MMSSTV.EXE as part of their distribution.
Credit to the author
The licence explains that MMSSTV should remain free and that Makoto Mori, JE3HHT, should receive proper credit for the work involved in creating the program and SSTV engine.
