Version 2.0, released 3 October 2026, adds a compact resizable interface, separate Settings window, large live image preview, Keep / Archive / Delete handling after confirmed uploads, and band presets including ISS, 70cm and 10GHz. It keeps the proven rolling server archive at exactly 30 images per band, with image1.jpg always the newest.

Version 1.0, released 3 October 2026, can monitor up to three SSTV folders at the same time while the FTP server, username and password are entered only once. Each enabled band keeps its own independent rolling image1.jpg to image30.jpg archive. Local files can be kept, archived into separate band folders or deleted after a confirmed upload.

Install Slowscan FTP on the Windows computer running your SSTV
software. Select the folder where MMSSTV saves received images,
enter the station FTP account and choose the remote band folder,
for example 20m, 10GHz or
ISS.
Use Test connection, save the settings and press
Start. Existing images that have not yet been
uploaded are queued oldest first. New or changed JPG images are
then uploaded automatically while the server archive is maintained
as a rolling set of 30 images. Version 2.0 can keep, archive or delete
the local source only after the upload has been confirmed. The current
image preview shows which SSTV picture is being processed, while the
Activity log keeps the important upload and archive messages easy to follow.
Slowscan Multi FTP is designed for stations receiving SSTV on
more than one band. Enter the FTP server, username and password
only once, then enable up to three independent channels. Each
channel has its own band and local SSTV folder.
For example, one station can monitor 20m,
40m and 80m at the same time.
Every band keeps its own rolling 30-image server archive. When
Archive is selected, local files are also stored
automatically in separate band folders.
Use the normal Slowscan FTP 2.0 when you only
need one band. Choose Slowscan Multi FTP 1.0
when you want to run up to three bands from the same station
account.
You will also need a receiver or transceiver, a suitable
antenna and an audio connection between the radio and
computer. Start with receive-only operation when you are new
to SSTV.
